How it works
Connect securely
Create your account, verify your email, and provide access to your system. Credentials and all system content are encrypted.
Configure your export
Select the job postings, applications, and forms. Apply filters to limit contents. Capture decades of recruiting & hiring history, or just the most recent data. Preview the estimated export contents. Select how you'll receive the data: Zip files. (Coming soon: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive). Export proceeds once you pay the infrastructure fee.
Get notified when your export is ready
Most exports will complete within a few hours. Login to check on the status of your export.
Review and download
Preview your export, accept the results, and download your complete export when it is ready. Incremental updates after your initial export allow you to capture new content while your archive remains available. We can also load results into Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.
What AppliStash Exports Include
Manifest spreadsheets
CSV files listing the entities - job postings, applications, and form instances - and related attachments included in your export. The manifest rows include additional metadata for each entity, providing you with a comprehensive index to the included files.
Job Postings
Export all job postings, including the list of candidates who applied. Each posting is saved as a separate PDF file. Manifest rows include the job ID, title, category, sub-category, location, applicant count, and other metadata.
Employment Applications
Export all employment applications and attachments such as resumes, transcripts, and licenses/certificates. Applications and attachments are saved as separate PDF files. Manifest rows include the AppNo, internal/external status, applicant name and email, and other metadata.
Form Instances
Export all form instances, including embedded file attachments. Form instances and associated attachments are saved as separate PDF files. Manifest rows include the id, form title, category, and type, associated individuals, and other metadata.
Incremental updates
Capture changes added to your system after the initial export while your archive remains available.

10% of the estimated infrastructure fee is charged up front ($5 minimum). The balance is charged only after you review and accept your completed archive.
Documents remain available in the cloud for 60 days. During this time, incremental updates are free.
